Our Pricing Details

We offer flat rates for whole-house deep cleaning based on the size of your home, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms (for homes under 3,000 sq. ft.). Please provide the number of bedrooms and bathrooms when booking.

For homes over 3,000 sq. ft., pricing is based on the total square footage. Simply enter your property size when booking. Note: Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if additional time or care is needed to achieve outstanding results.

Hourly Service
For partial cleaning or special projects, we offer hourly service at $56/hour per cleaner (minimum of 3 hours). This option is perfect for targeted tasks.

Recurring/Maintenance Cleaning
We offer frequent discounts for regular cleaning services. Let us know your needs in the comments, and we’ll customize our service for you!

For large or complex projects or initial services, we will schedule an in-person assessment to provide an accurate estimate and ensure your satisfaction.

What We Will Not Do:

Lifting and moving heavy furniture (requiring another person's assistance)
Reaching heights inaccessible on our 3-step ladders
Carpet cleaning
Cleaning bio-hazardous substances (blood, mold, animal waste)
Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff

Deep Home Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

(Recommended every 3-6 months):

• All Rooms:
◦ Dust all surfaces, including light fixtures, ceiling fans, and baseboards.
◦ Wash or wipe down walls and baseboards.
◦ Clean window interiors and window tracks.
◦ Vacuum or shampoo carpets and rugs.
◦ Clean and polish furniture.

• Kitchen:
◦ Clean inside and outside of all appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
◦ Clean and degrease stovetop and range hood.
◦ Clean sink and garbage disposal.
◦ Clean grout in tile.

• Bathrooms:
◦ Deep clean and disinfect toilet, sink, shower/tub, and grout.
◦ Clean shower heads and faucets to remove mineral buildup.
◦ Clean bathroom exhaust fan.

Routine Maintenance Cleaning

Routine Maintenance Cleaning (Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly):

• All Rooms:
◦ Dust all surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor).
◦ Wipe down all accessible surfaces (countertops, tables, doorknobs).
◦ Empty trash cans and replace liners.
◦ Vacuum or sweep all floors.
◦ Mop hard floors.
◦ Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.

• Kitchen:
◦ Wipe down countertops and backsplash.
◦ Clean sink and faucet.
◦ Wipe down exterior of appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher).

• Bathrooms:
◦ Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, and shower/tub.
◦ Wipe down countertops and fixtures.

RECURRING CLEANING PRICES

$56/hour per maid for 3 to 4 hours* depending on the size of your home and your priorities.

IMPORTANT: This rate applies only if your home was regularly professionally maintained, or after our deep cleaning. If you’re not sure, we will gladly come out and evaluate the condition of your home. JUST CONTACT US and we will schedule the evaluation.

POST-CONSTRUCTION OR SPECIAL PROJECT PRICES

For our post-construction and special project (e.g. partial cleaning) rates, our regular hourly rate of $60/hr per maid applies. You can contact us to request an in-person estimate.
